Capitec Bank Ltd is looking for a Relationship Manager whose responsibility will be achieving agreed monthly sales targets in MRF by value and number of applications through an established supplier/ business partner network.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing the supplier portfolio through successful identification and onboarding of new quality suppliers to increase application activity, control and manage incoming applications and maintain service delivery standards to suppliers and business partners.

Requirements:
- Higher Certificate in Finance or Business Administration
- National Diploma in Finance or Business Administration
Applicants should have experience in the following areas:
- Remote/distance relationship management
- Turn around times and work within those limits
- Client focus – service delivery
- General office and administration practices and standards
- Proven experience in selling, including negotiating and closing deals.
- Experience in managing the new relationships/clients value chain; onboarding end to end.
- Supplier management experience
- Analyzing financial statements
- Processing applications
- Experience in the rental market, especially office automation
- At least 5 (five) years of general rental finance experience and relationship building
Minimum Knowledge:
- Understanding the current market and industry to identify possible new opportunities
- Understanding of rental finance and related products
- Discounting process
- Understanding the office automation, IT, telephony rental environments
- Basic understanding of Financial statements; Financial analysis of customers’ financial position
- Understanding the difference between rental/lease/cash
- MRF policies and procedures
