Tsogo Sun gaming is looking for passionate and hardworking people to join their team.
Currently, the Silverstar Casino seeks to employ waitrons who will ensure that the restaurant’s preparation is thorough and stocks are full before opening time and throughout their shift.
The casino also has a vacancy for bartenders who will manage all tasks of service preparation including stock control, meeting and briefing, promotion specs, menus, wine lists, and operating equipment.

Location: Silverstar Casino, Krugersdorp, West Rand
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Good verbal and written skills in English
- Numeracy skills
- Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy
- Previous service and/or food preparation experience advantageous
Duties And Responsibilities (Waitrons):
- Perform multiple customer services like ordering food, serving, and billing tasks accurately and according to the hotel standards
- Assist in the management of the well-equipped kitchen, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations, and promptly reporting breakage equipment
- Work as part of the Tsogo team and independently to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately
- Prioritize all aspects of customer services
- Perform ad hoc tasks professionally as required and requested by the hotel management, including bar tendering, room service, and banqueting functions.
Requirements (Bartenders):
- Ensure the service area meets the requirements of environmental, hygiene, safety policies, and legislation.
- Fulfill service and payment requirements promptly and with a positive approach.
- Actively participate in a working environment where staff is fully trained, supportive of each other, and competent.
- Work as part of a team or independently to deliver quality standards.
