Job Title: Guest Service Assistant- Perm Flexi

Requirements:

Must have Matric (Grade 12) cerificate, NQF 4 or equivalent
Numeracy skills
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Two years working experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Actively participate in a working environment with a hard working team that has been fully trained in the hospitality industry.
Maintain the hygiene, health and professional appearance of the reception area and everyone who works in it.
Work well as an individual or in a team to deliver high quality standards.
Ensure excellent customer service levels are always maintained when processing guests requests and reservations.
Ensure that all administrative functions of the guest service areas are fulfilled accurately, effeciently as per Southern Sun’s standards and procedures.
