E.H. Hassim Hardware, a retail company that sells building materials and hardware products, is offering a learnership programme for unemployed people who have Matric (Grade 12) and an internship programme for unemployed graduates.
The aim of the programmes is to provide unemployed youth with all the tools they need into getting working experience through theoretical and practical learning. Anyone can apply for these programmes.
Location: Polokwane and Mokopane, Limpopo
Duration: 12 Months
Closing Dates:
- July 29th, 2022 for the Learnership Programme
- August 5th, 2022 for the Internship Programme
Stipends:
- R3000 for the Learnership programme
- R4500 for the Internship Programme
Learnership Programme Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 2 Wholesale And Retail Operations Certificate
- Be between the ages of 18-35
- Have not previously participated in any SETA-funded learnership
Internship Programme Requirements:
Unemployed graduates who wish to apply for the internship programme must have a Diploma in any of the following:
- Diploma in Auditing
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Diploma in Financial Management
- Diploma in Logistic Management
Please note:
For the internship programme, the company will be hiring only six (6) interns to participate in the internship. While there will be one intern selected for each of the fields mentioned above, two interns who have a Diploma in Financial Management will be selected for the internship.
