Capitec, a South African retail bank that offers simplified, affordable and transparent banking seeks to employ a Bank Better Champion (service consultant) whose responsibility will be to welcome the bank’s clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning. No experience is required for this position.

Requirements:
- Must hold a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- 1 year of experience in client service within a retail/ financial/ banking environment will be an added advantage.
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record
- Must have detectable or rather recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
- Good communications skills (written and verbal)
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Serving on the front line of all customer interactions, the bank’s better champions must:
- Provide excellent client service by assisting clients at the ATM to complete transactions on any remote or self-service channels.
- Do basic calculations
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
- Manage your time effectively to do administrative duties and telemarketing
- Work well under pressure
- Adhere to principles and values
- Presenting and Communicating Information
- Deliver results and meet customer expectations
- Follow instructions and procedures
