The North West Health Department seeks to employ 50 Data Capturers who will be responsible for rendering administrative duties and ensuring a proper filing system of data capture into the DHIS and TIER.NET system.

Salary: R 147 459.00 p.a. (plus benefits)

Requirements:

Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or a National Certificate (Vocational)
Basic knowledge Of data capturing.
Good communication skills.
interpersonal relations skills.
Understanding Of Health Information Systems.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of relevant Regulations and Policies.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Assist in compiling monthly review reports.
Capture data from available records into the required format e.g. databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
Keep and maintain records and files.
Verify, query, missing data, and errors observed during data entry.
Review and validate all data from records.
Submit data.
Make regular back-ups of data.
Update register and statistics.
Ensure records and files are properly sorted and secured.
Provide information to components.
