Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is looking for a general worker whose responsibility will include sorting bottles and crates received back from customers. The successful candidate will be based in Polokwane in Limpopo.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar environment will be an added advantage

Critical Skills Required:

Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the appropriate company’s policies and procedures and applies them effectively in day-to-day activities.

Must have hand and eye coordination to manipulate objects physically with the assistance of the limbs and by following the signals from the eye.

Duties And Responsibilities:

As a general worker, the successful candidate must ensure that trucks are cleaned effectively and efficiently by KPIs.
Ensure effective and efficient waste separation, by KPIs.
Ensure that the working area is clean and tidy at all times.
Sort bottles and crates correctly, as per KPI policy.
Must ensure safety and housekeeping practices.
Levelled pallets and crates, by KPIs.
The general worker must solve situational crises.
Must always ensure customer satisfaction by going an extra mile for every customer and taking responsibility for solving customers’ problems.
Perform every task given and be persistent until a task has been completed.
Accomplish critical tasks with measurable results.
