Truworths Stores Learnerships-South African retailer Truworths is offering store learnership to young people which will assist them in operating on both the sales floor and the service desk, of a retail outlet.
Moreover, the learnership will assist successful candidates to work with customers and stock. The learnership is available in all nine provinces of South Africa. All successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend.
At the end of the learnership, successful candidates who have excelled in the programme and are found to be competent will become crossed trained sales consultants.

Truworths Store Learnerships Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 10
- Must be passionate about retail and fashion
- Must be prepared to be committed to learning and completing logbooks
Expected from Learners Who Will Be In The Truworths Store Learnerships Programme:
- Must work a minimum of 120 hours
- Learn and form knowledge
- Prepare for Assessments
- Assist customers with finding merchandise during in-house training
- Merchandising the store according to the MBP principals and as part of the learnership programme
- Payments and purchases on the POS system during cashier training
- Opening new accounts
- Maintaining or controlling stock losses
- Building relationships with customers
- Maintaining customer security and safety
