PEP HOME VACANCIES (Stock take Clerk) Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Accounting will be advantageous)
- Experience in a retail store environment and/or 1 year clerical experience within a finance or administrative will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of the end-to-end inventory processes (especially in a retail store environment).
- Ability to work under pressure and service orientated.
- Good financial administration knowledge, computer skills, excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, problem assessment, attention to detail.
PEP HOME VACANCIES (Stock take Clerk) Duties And Responsibilities:
- Process store stock take results, including investigations surrounding store stock take exceptions (store queries) and to resolve transporter claim related queries.
- Process financial adjustments for insurance purposes on the Store Stock Take System.
- Monthly monitoring of transport claims through a verification process, providing the appropriate solutions to resolve the claim, including the facilitation thereof.
Additional Duties And Responsibilities:
- Handle and solve central office and field queries within an appropriate time frame, including queries arising from store stock takes and any ad hoc requests for information from stores (i.e. pack slip detail, inter branch transfers).
- Daily monitoring of Point-of-Sale system errors and the resolution thereof.

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Mathematics and Business Economics will be an advantage)
- Computer literacy in Microst Office – Excel
- Commercial or retail experience will be an added advantage
- Planning, organizing and control skills.
- Stress tolerance and Building and maintaining relationships
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Allocate the right stock in the right quantities at the right time to the right stores, according to plan and current store performance, in order to optimize the balance between service and stock levels.
