Car Sales Consultants: TWK Agriculture (Pty) Ltd, in partnership with Isuzu Motors, is looking for car parts sales consultants who will be responsible for receiving and diarizing telephone orders for parts.

Location: Standerton, Mpumalanga

Car Sales Consultants Minimum Requirements:

Must be in possession of Matric (Grade 12) certificate
Computer literacy
A minimum of 5 years working experience in vehicle sales.
Must have quality customer service expertise
Successful candidates must possess creative and innovative sales ideas and have excellent time and project management abilities
Ability to network, negotiate and do internet and web marketing
Professional, highly self-motivated individuals that are passionate about the sales industry
Possess interpersonal skills, and have the ability to sell or Influence others

Car Sales Consultants Duties And Responsibilities:

Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
Receive and diarize telephone orders for parts.
Prepare sales invoice.
Special orders for parts not currently in stock or normally stocked must be paid for in full before ordering the part, and customers notified when part arrives.
Work within the established guidelines of the brands.
Work directly with the Public
Observe, receive, and obtain information from all relevant sources.
Identify information by categorising, estimating, recognising differences or similarities in parts.
Establish and Maintain Interpersonal Relationships.
Communicate with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates.

Additional Responsibilities:

Receive payment or obtain credit authorization before releasing parts.
Take inventory of stock.
Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available.
Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective.
Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to prearranged binning systems.
Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of replacement parts.
Demonstrate parts to customers and explain their functioning capabilities.
Place new merchandise on display.
Display, and sales of accessories clothing and automotive.
Generate orders, do buyouts, and receive stock accordingly.
Process returns to factory and local supplies.
Handle cash paid in by customers.
