Standard Bank Consultants Minimum Requirements:

Must be in possession of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
Successful candidates must be able to generate ideas, explore possibilities, provide insights, adopt practical approaches, and examine information.
Be familiar with the legal aspects regarding cash handling and have knowledge of the functions of other departments within the branch.
1-2 years Previous branch banking experience, understanding the bank’s laid-down policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support; bulk cash and ATMs will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Must be familiar with the banking process and procedures, the application and submission Verification (Business Banking)
Be competent in customer acceptance and review, customer understanding and product knowledge (Consumer Banking)

Standard Bank Consultants Duties And Responsibilities:

Take demand from walk-in customers for any cash related matters (e.g. teller, ATM, Moneygram)
Form an accurate assessment and understanding of relevant demands in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within the parameters of the bank’s financial offerings.
