Admin Clerks Minimum Requirements:
- Must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate.
- Strong administration and innovative skills.
- Interpersonal relations and telephone etiquette
- Must work well under pressure
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
- Organized, honest and be willing to work hard and go the extra mile.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer Literacy (includes typing speed)
Admin Clerks Duties And Responsibilities:
- Render financial and logistical administration support services, including administration support services.
- Deal with the collection, duplication, distribution of information and documents.
- Maintain records and management information.
- Render HR administration support services including payroll verification and dealing with enquiries and corresspondence related to employment, remuneration, service benefits and conditions of service.
- Typing, filing, reception and switchboard duties.
- Arrange meetings, traveling , and catering.
- Process queries.
