Sassa Call Centre Agents: The South African Social Security Agency seeks to employ call centre agents in its Head Office in Pretoria. No experience is necessary for this vacancy, and Grade 12 is the minimum requirement.

Location: Sassa Head Office, Pretoria

Contract: Permanent

Salary: R14 692, 50 – R17 306, 75 per month (excluding benefits)

Closing Date: October 11th, 2022

Sassa Call Centre Agents Minimum Requirements:

  • Interested applicants must be in possession of Grade 12/Matric certificate or equivalent (NQF level 4)
  • No experience is required, but 1 year working experience in a Call Centre Complaints Management will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Fluency in IsiZulu and Afrikaans will
    be added advantage

Sassa Call Centre Agents Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Successful candidates will handle all Receiving and placing of calls.
  • Registration and escalating of incoming calls for instance capturing data on the Customer Care Application system.
  • Investigating and provide feedback.
  • Updating of information on the Integrated Customer Care Application System.
  • Monitor and follow up on requests that have been sent to back office and responsible
    managers.
  • Attending to e-mail enquiries.
  • Provide customer education and Direct calls to the relevant officials to ensure that client needs are attended to.
