Smollan Promoters & Sales Consultants : Smollan Group/Parmalat seeks to employ Product Consultants (Promoters) and Sales Consultants.
Promoters will be responsible for creating and increasing brand awareness through maintaining pricing, shelf health, promotions, training of instore sales consultants and strong customer and client relationships.
Sales Consultants will be responsible for administration, in-store Sales and Marketing and Customer Satisfaction and Service.
The minimum requirement for the position is Grade 12. Although the closing date for the position has not been stated, the vacancy will be closed as soon as the positions are filled.

Parmalat Promoters Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- Experience in telecommunications and Consumer Electronics will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), multitasking and networking abilities.
- Interpersonal relations and resiliency.
- Good customer service skills.
- Work well independently (self-management)
Parmalat Promoters Duties And Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the product is available at all times and check for and manage damaged stock.
- Check accurate pricing, promotional pricing, competitor pricing and drive slow moving stock and allocate sufficient space to fast moving stock.
- Effective implementation of promotions, administration, customer service and satisfaction.

Sales Consultants Minimum Requirements:
- To qualify, no Matric/Grade 12 is required, but you must have at least 2-3 years work experience in Retail Sales Environment, preferably within the Telecommunications Industry.
- Sales acumen
- Marketing principle knowledge, customer service and administration skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office suite.
