Successful candidates will be handling transactions and documentations at point of sales (teller) to ensure that goods do not pass the point of sale without being paid for.

Cashbuild Cashiers Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate. If they do not have matric, they must have at least one year working experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in the dominant language spoken in the geographical area that they are applying at.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Basic numerical skills (be able to calculate accurately) and administration skills.
- Willing to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays.
- Team player and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
Cashbuild Cashiers Duties And Responsibilities:
- Sign, compile and file all related documentation relating to the Cashiers function.
- Ensure that all allocated cash (petty cadh and floats balance. No under-banking or over-banking. Always make sure that you have sufficient change to provide the best service to customers.
- At the Point of Sale terminal, all goods must be correctly identified and captured.
- Capture the correct payment type received from Customers on the Point-of-Sale Terminal.
- Ensure Cash ups are done accurately at the end of shift and that all your daily takings have been dropped into the vault.
- Process all transactions relating to other stores money, deliveries, and quotes correctly.
