KFC December Jobs: KFC is looking for Food Service Team Members and Customer Service Assistants (Cashiers).

Food Service Team Members will be responsible for preparing KFC products efficiently while maintaining health standards. Successful applicants will be required to start as soon as possible, and will be working an 8 to 9 hour shift, 5 to 6 times a week.

Customer Service Assistants will be responsible for the Customer Service experience in the restaurant by ensuring that the environment is friendly, warm and inviting.

If appointed on a permanent basic, candidates will receive the following benefits:

Transport – R200 per month
Soap for uniform – R100 per month

Funeral Fund
December Bonus, which is calculated on Years of Service

KFC December Jobs Minimum Requirements:

Food Service Assistants:

Must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate. Related experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English (verbal, written) and have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and friendly manner.
Team player and the ability to multitask.
Professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, focused and stay alerted for a long period.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Assistants:

All the above requirements for Food Service Assistants
Confidence in a customer facing role and passion for customer service
Excellent guest management skills
Technically savy to many various layers : kiosk, delivery, click and collect
Maintain a high and positive energy
Ability to stand for long

KFC December Jobs Duties And Responsibilities:

Food Service Assistants:

Unload and store supplies or products in the refrigerator and the freezer. Prepare and store raw chicken products in freezer.
Defrost chicken.
Portion ingridients and monitor product quality.
Cook chicken and prepare ordered products for customers.
Ensure the correct use of product holding equipment and prevent cross contamination.
Clean the designated interior (guest service area, lobby, drive thru lanes, guest restrooms, front counter) and exterior areas (lobby, drive thru lanes) of the restaurant.
Keep food preparation, storage areas, equipment, and utensils clean and tidy.
Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
Perform any other restaurant duties as requested by management.

Customer Service Assistants:

Engage with the customer is an authentic, friendly, high energy manner.
Execute duties with accuracy, speed and friendliness.
Execute KFC health, safety and hygiene standards.
Service all guests by processing payments for their orders.
