Crazy Store December Jobs Minimum Requirements:
Shop Assistants:
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent. 6 months experience in retail will be an added advantage.
- Numeracy, cash handling, and good communication skills.
- Team player, and interpersonal relations
- Self-motivated, hard-working, energetic and attention to detail.
- Good customer service skills
- Must be energetic, work well under pressure and have the ability to cope with the long retail hours.
- Be willing to stand for long hours.
- Passion for retail and willing to work shifts, during weekends and public holidays.
Store Manager:
- Grade 12/Matric or equivalent
- Computer Literacy
- Two years retail management experience
- Ability to manage a retail store across boundaries and knowledge in I.R
Crazy Store December Jobs Duties And Responsibilities:
Shop Assistants:
- Inform customers of current promotions and special offers while providing exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise and display stock
- Assist the store team to maintain high store standards
Store Manager:
- Handle customer complaints.
- Ensure that the store policies are upheld and that effective and efficient customer service is carried out.
- Oversee store layout, manage staff performance, implement strategies to increase sales and maintain store standards.
