KFC Team Members Minimum Requirements:

No experience is required to apply.
Be in possession of Matric/Grade 12 Certificate.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Basic Computer literacy.

KFC Team Members Duties And Responsibilities:

Prepare KFC products using approved KFC procedures and standards in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Be obsessed with customer service principles by approaching and treating the customer in courteous, friendly and efficient manner as laid down in the Service Section of the KFC Manual.
Monitor product quality by checking and acting upon expiration dates and used by times for all products.
Follow the correct use of product holding equipment procedures in respect of holding times and temperatures.
Keep the Customer Service Area and Front Counter clean and tidy.
Handle cash appropriately as per Company Standards and Guidelines.
Deal with customer complaints as per KFC procedures and bring any customer complaints to the attention of management.
Perform other duties from time to time as requested by the Restaurant General Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor
