HomeChoice Call Centre Learnership: HomeChoice invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for a Call Centre Learnership programme.
At the end of the 12-month scheduled training programme, successful learners will obtain a Call Centre Qualification.
The minimum requirement is Grade 12, and no work experience is required to qualify. Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend, have access to the cafe and lounge area and also a staff restaurant with a variety of healthy meal options.

HomeChoice Call Centre Learnership Minimum Requirements:
- To qualify, interested candidates must be in possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
- Not more than two years of work experience (0-2 years)
- Basic Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
- A clear criminal record
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Energetic with problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and determined.
- Excellent work ethic
- Interpersonal skills, eager and willing to learn and grow.

During the Programme, successful candidates will learn how to achieve sales objectives and revenue targets, and how to ensure that all sales and revenue targets are achieved in line with business requirements.
Furthermore, they will learn how to meet operational and quality efficiencies consistently, reach performance targets and standards relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time and quality.
By the end of the programme, they will have mastered how to provide an exceptional customer experience and ensure that a professional, polite, and efficient service is offered by acting as an ambassador.
