Capitec Bank Service Consultants: Capitec is looking for energetic and self-motivated people to apply for Bank Better Champion positions. The purpose of the job is to meet and welcome clients into the bank and to assist them at the Capitec Branch ATM.

Capitec Bank Better Champions Minimum Requirements:

• To be considered for the position, interested applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• No experience is required for this position. Client service experience within a retail/ financial/ banking environment will be an added advantage.
• Basic numeracy skills and work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English (speak, write, read)
• Internal applicants who wish to apply for this position must have knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
• Interpersonal relations and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and relationship management skills.
• Enjoy working face-to-face with people
• Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking.
• Willing to work over weekends and public holidays.
• Must be flexible and willing to fulfill additional duties.

Capitec Bank Better Champions Duties And Responsibilities:

• Assist clients at the ATM and completing transactions on any remote or self service channels.
• Welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning.
• Provide excellent customer service to Capitec clients.
• As the bank follows a retail model to accomodate its clients’ needs, successful candidates will be responsible for administrative duties and telemarketing as and when required.
• Treat clients in a manner that creates a positive experience.
