Game Store Vacancies Minimum Requirements:
- No qualification is needed to qualify for the position, but Matric/Grade 12 will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Planning, merchandising and customer focus skills.
- Must be self-motivated, result and target driven.
- Be willing to work retail hours (during weekends and public holidays)
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
- Less than 1 year retail experience.
Game Store Vacancies Duties And Responsibilities:
- Creating a customer centric environment at Game Stores.
- Strengthen the team by helping customers through the purchasing process.
- Greet, Thank and Help customers during their shopping.
- Make the customer’s shopping experience easy, simple and stress-free.
- Ensure that all customers are served promptly, efficiently and in a courteous manner.
- Improve customer service levels
- Resolve customer complaints and queries timeously by providing relevant information or escalating the queries to management.
- Engage with customers by informing them of products and services that are offered by Game stores
- To execute the customer experience initiatives as per Game stores requirement.
