Assupol Call Centre Agents Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must have a Grade 12/Matric certificate and a Call Centre certificate.
- RE 5, registered as an Employee Representative and a recognizable qualification as per the Financial Services Board will be an added advantage.
- At least one year working experience as a Call Centre agent (outbound).
- Previous working experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous.
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Interpersonal relations, highly-motivated and target driven individuals.
Assupol Call Centre Agents Duties And Responsibilities:
- Adhere and comply to Financial Services Board notice in terms of FAIS.
- Sell policies (inbound and outbound)
- Explain products to new and existing customers.
- Apply product knowledge.
- Capture policy on the system.
- Attend to client queries and complaints.
- Process amendments on policies.
