Homechoice Customer Consultants Minimum Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4)
Good communication skills (verbal, written)
Computer Literacy.
Clear credit and criminal record.
Telephone etiquette.
Excellent customer serving skills.
Be willing to work retail hours.
Minimum of 2 year Sales experience within a retail environment.
Team player and self-motivated.
Energetic and work well independently.
Analytic skills and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal relations.

Homechoice Customer Consultants Duties And Responsibilities:

Ascertain the customer’s immediate need and have clear direction on product pricing and offers as aligned in the Homechoice catalogue.
Sell features and benefits of each product.
Provide customer query resolution as well as capture customer payments and refunds or credits cards.
Ensure products are visually displayed as is in the catalogue
Visual Merchandising and Housekeeping. All products must be visually merchandised in accordance to VM policy.
Perform administrative duties.
Ensure that security is present when deliveries take place.
Housekeeping, dusting of displays and cleaning duties.
