Old Mutual Call Centre Agents Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Must have a clear credit and criminal record.
- 6-12 months working experience in outbound call centre or retail experience will be an added advantage.
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal relations and customer service skills.
- Organized, time management, target and results driven.
- Financial reward driven, honesty and integrity.
- Resilient and work well under pressure.
Old Mutual Call Centre Agents Duties And Responsibilities:
- Successful candidates will be responsible for making cold calls to new and existing customers, selling Old Mutual products in line with the customer’s financial goals.
- Enable positive financial futures and protection of assets and estate.
- Maintain superior service delivery to customers through effective personal time and task management.
- Ensure delivery of customer services.
