December Jobs: Gift Wrappers In Shopping Malls: For excellent customer service especially during the festive season where customers/consumers buy Christmas gifts for their loved ones to celebrate the festive season, most shopping malls require the services of Gift Wrappers to wrap and decorate customer purchases at gift stations.

To make gifts truly memorable and to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience, the V&A Waterfront seeks to employ 16 interested applicants to fill Gift Wrapper positions.

Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town

December Jobs: Gift Wrappers In Shopping Malls Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be between the ages of 17 and 25 years old and have their owb repiable transport.
South African citizens who are customer centric, reliable, honest, friendly, helpful and have an engaging personality.
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Good administration skills and interpersonal relations.
Team player, fast learner and have the ability to deal with difficult customers, creative, and excellent customer service skills.
Be obsessed with delivering a magical customer experience for every consumer.
Ability to deal with difficult costomers and to pick up on subtle people behaviour.
Focused, organized and willing to work retail hours.
Basic understanding of customer service practices.
Willing to work shifts between 15th of December 15th to December 24th, 2022 between 9 a.m and 10 p.m daily.

December Jobs: Gift Wrappers In Shopping Malls Duties And Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers then wrap and decorate their purchases with gift-wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and tape in a tidy and professional manner.
Process customer transactions (cash or card) using a speed point machine.
Ensure that consumers queue in an orderly manner, not obstructing shops’ entrancesor blocking any consumer walking area.
Clean and keep gift station presentable.
Control gift-wrapping stock and request more stock from mall’s management when necessary.
