SAPS Jobs For Unemployed Youth: The South African Police Service is calling for unemployed youth who have Grade 10 and are South African citizens to apply for Cleaning vacancies.

As stated in the DPSA circular 43 on November 11th, 2022, interested applicants must be fluent in any two South African official languages, of which one of them must be English.

SAPS Jobs For Unemployed Youth Minimum Requirements:

Must have passed Grade 10 (advantageous) and be a South African Citizen.
Have no criminal record or pending cases.
The applicant must be able to read and write.
Numerical and communication skills.
Be willing to work extended hours as and when requested.
The ability to operate elementary machines and equipment.

SAPS Jobs For Unemployed Youth Duties And Responsibilities:

As General Workers, successful candidates will be responsible for:

Cleaning SAPS premises assigned to, inside and outside SAPS premises
Dust, polish furniture and floors, vacuum carpets and mopping tile floors.
Remove refuse
Perform maintenance tasks in and around the assigned premises
Clean bathrooms and kitchens
Safekeeping and handling all cleaning equipments and cleaning products in the cleaning of the premise.
Loading and unloading of goods.
Garden maintenance services.
Washing and cleaning state vehicles.
Cleaning kitchenware and utensils.
Maintaining high levels of hygiene in and around the workplace.
