KFC Shift Supervisors (Only Matric Required) Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric and a valid South African ID
- Computer Literacy In Microsoft Office (Word, Teams and Excel)
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (written and verbal)
- Good numerical skills and customer centric
- Basic understanding of financial information
- Clear criminal record
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a leadership role, particularly in the fast food industry.
- Willing to work shifts, during weekends and public holidays.
- Honest, hardworking, committed and reliable
- Exceptional organizational, coaching, and commercial skills.
- Team player and excellent planning and tine management.
KFC Shift Supervisors (Only Matric Required) Duties:
- Teach team members to compliance standards and coach them to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that they are fully trained. Administer descipline when needed.
- Handle and attend to customer concerns and complaints and reffer serious complaints to the Manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction, and that the correct volume of supplies and products are ordered and prepared to correctly maintain product projection tools.
- Maximize profit through monitoring cost of sales, products and expenses and ensure that the correct amount of supplies are ordered.
- Check deliveries and monitor stock levels, ensuring that food, labour and semi-variable standards are adhered to each shift.
- Inform team members about product promotions.
- Encourage positive team work, help team members with their work and resolve their complaints.
