YES 4 Youth Learnership : As part of the Youth Employment Service which is supported by the government to help fight against youth unemployment, TWK Agri (Pty) Ltd is looking for young people who are self-motivated to be part of a YES trainee position.

The purpose of this learnership is to assist young people with gaining knowledge and work experience in interesting fields for a period of 12 months. The successful applicant will receive a monthly stipend.

YES 4 Youth Learnership Minimum Requirements:

Be a self-motivated and dynamic individual who are between the ages of 18 and 29.
Must be a South African citizen who is in possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate.
Currently unemployed. According to the requirements, proof of unemployment will be required.
Reside in one of the geographic locations where the learnership opportunity is available (Mooirivier and Dundee).
The candidate must not have previously particated in a YES initiative programme.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Customer centric, organized and energetic.
Work well independently and a team player.
Multitasking, and able to prioritize or handle different priorities simultaneously.
Good customer service skills.

YES 4 Youth Learnership Main Deliverables:

The Successful candidate will be expected to:

Support the company as a learner (trainee)
Adhere to company principles, policies and regulations.
Gain knowledge and practical understanding in a particular field.
