The selected individuals will be responsible for maintaining a clean working environment and ensuring that the right products in the right quantities are received into stock.

Job Title: Engen Operators

Location: Isando, Johannesburg

December Jobs At Engen Minimum Requirements:

In possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate.
Team player and organized.
Excellent customer service and time management skills.
Computer literacy
Have reputation for delivering on expectations and KPI’
At least 2 years’ work experience in Terminal operations/Supply Chain and have previously dealt with other oil companies, external surveyors and internal shipping teams.
Receipt of various product grades via pipeline, ship and road.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Ensure that the plant operates effectively and that the right products in the right quantities are received into stock and stored in the right storage areas.
Contribute to minor maintenance at the terminal.
Prevent accidents, contaminations or spills due to negligence of incumbent.
Store products safely in line with policy guidelines and Standing instructions.
Handle products in accordance with laid-down policy guidelines and Standing instructions.
Keep working area in a clean and hazard-free condition.
Depot equipment in good working order, ensuring that there are no delays in customer service due to incompetence of operator-all products dispatched on time as per loading documentation.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities:

Perform minor plant maintenance as per instructions of Plant Supervisor and ensure that stock is counted, tanks dipped on time as per agreed schedule.
Interact with with both customers and service providers and work with contractor to ensure deliverables are met, providing internal support to the contractor.
PPE Compliance, ZETO Rule Compliance, STOP Compliance and comply to Environmental regulations.
