Food Lover’s Market December Jobs: Food Lover’s Market is looking for individuals who have passion for retail to apply for Cashier and Cleaner positions.

Interested applicants who wish to apply for the Cashier position must be in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate and/or one-year work related experience.

Applicants who to apply for the Cleaner position must have experience in cleaning. No Matric is required for the Cleaner position.

The successful candidate who is appointed for the Cashier position will be responsible for performing all money transactions between the store and its customers.

Job Title 1: Cashier

Job Title 2: Cleaner

Location: Gauteng

Job Type: Permanent (6-hour work shift)

Food Lover’s Market December Jobs Minimum Requirements:

Cashier:

The applicant must have a Grade 12 certificate and experience as a cashier.
Be willing to work during weekends, and public holidays.
A self-motivated individual that is hard-working, a team player and loyal.
Good costomer service skills.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with errors.
Ability to operate an electronic equipment.

Cleaner:

Experience as a cleaner.
Good communication skills in English

Duties And Responsibilities:

Sales Assistants (Cashiers) :

Scan products or enter product codes and weigh on the till for all items the customers are purchasing.
Balance the till, order change and participate in cash pick-ups, issue receipts, refunds or change due to customers.
Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all payment measures.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment
Maintain outstanding standards and solid product knowledge includung the knowledge of promotions and advertisements.

Duties For Cleaners:

Pack away stock
Clean the store
Clean all the equipment
Carry out instructions from management
