Standard Bank Learnership Programme 2023: Standard Bank invites suitably qualified candidates that are that are passionate about developing their skills in asset-based finance within Group Vehicle and Asset Finance to apply for a 12-month learnership programme.

During the learnership programme in Group Vehicle And Asset, learners will gain theoretical knowledge and practical work experience in key roles within the Automotive Retail and Commercial Asset Finance business units of Group Vehicle and Asset Finance.

Learnership Title: Vehicle And Asset Finance

Duration: 12-months ( 1 Year )

Stipend: R6 500 per month

Location: Varìous Standard Bank Outlets in Durban, Capetown And Johannesburg

Closing Date: Not Stated, But The Programme Starts On April 1st, 2023

Standard Bank Learnership Programme 2023 Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be South african citizens between the ages of 18 and 30.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Must not be working full time and not be registered in another learnership programme.
In possession of a Matric certificate with 60 % pass mark in Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
A 3-year tertiary qualification in finance or business (diploma or degree).
The candidate must not be studying at another tertiary institution during the year of the learnership programme.

Programme Outline:

During on-the job training, learners will focus on three key duties namely administration, sales, and service functions.

They will have an opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and work in teams. At the end of the learnership programme, they will have better understanding of asset mobility, asset-based finance within the Banking industry and will receive a qualification.
