BMW Learnership 2023: BMW Plant Rosslyn invites young people who are looking for work experience on the Assembly Plant production lines to apply for a Training Relief Associates Programme where they will obtain a NQF level 2 qualification.

The aim of the programme is to assist young people with a collaborative, open culture where they will have a voice and bring their ideas to life. During the learnership programme, successful learners will receive practical training with a technical and quality focus.

BMW Learnership 2023 Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have passed Grade 12 with a minimum of 60 percent in Mathematics and Science.
Must have passion for BMW and technology.
A hard-worker that is self-motivated and self-driven.
Curious, keen learner with a proven track record in academic excellence.
Team player, self-reflective, intellectual, responsible and proactive.
Computer literacy.
Willing to change.

Training Relief Associates Programme Outline:

Learners will receive strong support of the practical and classroom training sessions and learning opportunities, with private after-hours study for assignments and to ensure passing of exams.

What Is Expected From Successful Candidates During The Programme:

Learners will be expected to demonstrate and implement quality procedures and practices during the assembly operations.
Be accurate, reliable and perform quality production assembly work whilst working on the production line.
Exercise necessary care of equipment anfld good housekeeping.
Show strong commitment to the opportunity by always ensuring timeous attendance at all times and a commitment to the training processes.
Self-management of the rotation between production line working and the training sessions.
