Sea Harvest Apprenticeship 2023: Sea Harvest invites unemployed young people to apply for an engineering apprenticeship in its Trawling Division. The main purpose of this apprenticeship is to provide young people with an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills that will develop their competency in an occupational trade.

The successful candidates will be appointed as full-time apprentices by Sea Harvest and they will enter into a fixed-term contract with the company for the duration of their training.

Sea Harvest Apprenticeship 2023 Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be young people who are in possession of a Grade 12 certificate and have passed Maths And Science, or NTC 3, or NCV 4, or Technical Matric.
Proven practical training and experience in an occupational trade.
Must pass a medical examination.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Organized, have an eye for detail
Dexterity and ability to work in confined spaces and heights above 3 metres.
Willing to work shifts and overtime.
Technical foundation would be of great benefit to the successful incumbent.

Programme Outline:

Successful candidates will be required to complete core experiential workshop training and complete a Centre of Specialisation (CoS) Programme at a TVET college. All expenses will be paid by the the company.
