CV Registration On Provincial Goverment Job Database: Most government vacancies require applicants to fill the Z83 forms to be considered for job opportunities. To apply for governments post, applicants can either post or hand-deliver their application to the specified address.

However, now that most private companies have structured an e-recruitment process whereby applicants can upload their Curriculum Vitae and documents for future job posts, provincial governments have followed suit.

The aim of the provincial government online job application is simple, to ensure that the recruitment process is easier for the jobseeker, and that the recruitment team can easily find suitable candidates from the job database.

Even better, applicants are able to state their qualification and skills when they create their online profile. This way, they can be easily matched with future job posts without hassle.

Once the shortlisted applicants has been selected from a list of candidates, they are invited for an interview and they go through the verification process where their documents are verified.

In essence, before careerseekers register on the provincial government job database, they should be aware that they will be subjected to security checks prior to the finalisation of appointment.

CV Registration On Provincial Government Job Database:

Phase 1:

Applicants must have the following documents ready before registering on the provincial government e-recruitment system:

  • A detailed CV which shouldvbe in pdf.
  • Copy of Identity document and qualifications (if any) in pdf.
  • Professional registration number (for skilled jobs)

Once the applicant has registered as a user, the system will send a security code or verfication link to the e-mail address that was used to register.

Thereafter, the applicant can create a profile by filling in the personal information, secondary and tertiary details, work experience, language proficiency, referencees and computer literacy skills. Once that information has been completed, the applicant can upload or attach the required documents.

Phase 2:

When the first phase has been completed, applicants will be able to access/view available job opportunies. The applicants can select the positions that they are interested in and wish to apply for, and able to generate the Z83 online.

The Z83 number will be automatically generated, meaning that applicants do not need to fill in and attach a Z83 form with their documents. At this stage, the applicant can submit the application and will not be able to sign the Z83 form. It is only when the applicant has been shortlisted that the system generated Z83 form is signed.
