PG Group YES Programme 2023: PG Group is offering work experience and exposure opportunities for youth in its various Operational Divisions across South Africa.
The aim of the YES Programme is to provide learners with essential skills and experience through a learning program within the relevant business area. Learners will be developed with the habit of excellence to ensure the delivery of superior customer service.
The successful candidates will be placed in the following PG Group divisions: PG Glass, PG Glass Africa, Shatterprufe, LLumar, Widney, PFG Building Glass, PG Building Glass, PG Primador and PG Aluminium.

PG Group YES Programme 2023 Minimum Requirements:
- Interested applicants must be in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate. A TVET/FET qualification is required for some disciplines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to report and present
- Analytical, focused, and hunger for continuous learning and growth.
- Customer centric, team player, polite, friendly and helpful.
- Knowledge of general hygiene, good practices of hygiene.
- Discovering and applying rules.
- Willing to work shifts, travel independently and being mobile within geographic location.
Duties And Respobsibilities:
- Provide professional operational, technical or shared services functions to ensure excellent service delivery to the business. Learners are expected to provide professional service to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest level of quality workmanship and timeous execution of assigned tasks. Understand and perform the given tasks in an effective, efficient and safe manner.
- Apply good working behaviours and team work by assisting with operational or execution support activities and tasks as per business area and role requirements.
Additional Duties:
- Complete all administration to the required standard and adhere to the set productivity and performance assessment standards.
- Comply to company procedures including Health and Safety. Always wear clean and presentable corporate/safety wear. Raise maintenance and hygiene issues to Management to address.
- Adhere to all other reasonable requests issued by Management.
