Transnet Non-Technical Training Programme: Transnet invites interested applicants to apply for a work intergrated non-technical programme.
The successful candidates will be placed in the People Management Department at the Transnet Port Terminals Head Office and will be reporting to the Senior Manager: Transformation And Change.
The aim of the programme is to develop a pipeline for key roles within Transnet Port Terminals through a structured 1-year training programme.
Learners will be placed in specific areas within TPT according to their academic background, career aspirations and business requirements.

Transnet Non-Technical Training Programme Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12/Matric, NQF level 4 or equivalent certificate.
- Must have a completed certificate programme (HR, Business Admin)
- Interpersonal relations and relationship building
- Excellent communication skills and effective writing skills.
- Organized, self-motivated and conflict management and resolution
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Service orientatedand integrity
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Packages
Programme Outputs:
Learners will follow a structured training programme and undergo performance reviews and assessments.
Furthermore, they will perform all duties as contained in their development programme, as well as which they may reasonably be required to
perform by Transnet Port Terminals.
