De Beers Admin Experiential Learnership: De Beers Group invites medically fit applicants to apply for a 24-months learnership enrichment programme.

The successful candidate will be based at Sishen Mine, get exposure to complete a National Diploma, and will receive a monthly stipend.

The purpose of the programme is to assist the intern in gaining practical skills in the mining industry. Furthermore, as the candidate progresses in the programme, the company will assist him/her in developing his/her skills as a Management Assistant.

De Beers Admin Experiential Learnership Minimum Requirements:

Management Assistant N6 qualification with passed subjects in Communication, Information Processing, Office Practice and Computer Practice.
Must reside in the JTG District.
Be between the ages of 18 – 35, preferably.

Programme Benefits:

24 months programme inclusive of experiential learning
Personal Protective Equipment
A monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete an aptitude test. A residential confirmation letter from the local Municipality must be attached.

The learnership will only commence after the candidate was successfully interviewed and obtained a Fitness Certificate.
