Absa Sales Learnership Programme – 2023: Absa bank invites interested applicants who have planning and organizing skills and have the ability to cope and work well under pressure to apply for the Sales Learnership programme.
Successful candidates will gain critical work experience in Vehicle And Asset Finance products. They will learn how to fulfil various customer demands or needs through sales support, operations management, dealer risk and business development.
At the end of the learnership programme, successful learners will receive a Higher Certificate in Banking Services NQF Level 5.

Absa Sales Learnership Programme – 2023 Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must have a Grade 12 certificate plus a completed degree (NQF 7) and/or post matric qualification at NQF level 6.
- Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 to 30.
- Willing to commit 12 months to the learnership.
- Computer literacy and fluent in English.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Not be registered with any other learnership when applying.
- Ability to adapt and respond to change.
- Can plan, organize, results-driven and customer centric.
- Cope with setbacks and work well under pressure.
- Have no registered employee dismissal.

Duties And Responsibilities During The Programme:
- Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis.
- Attend and participate in all training and development interventions and workplace experiences against agreed development objectives.
- Fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.
