Eskom Mobile Plant Operator Learnership: Eskom invites individuals to apply for a Mobile Plant Operator Learnership. The successful candidates will be based at various sites in the Maintenance- Ash Plant Department within Eskom.

What Is A Learnership?

A learnership is a programme that involes theoretical learning and on-the-job training. During a learnership, learners receive a monthly stipend (allowance) which is meant to assist them to travel to the academy where they receive their theoretical learning, and to the work environment where they will get their work-based experience.

Eskom Mobile Plant Operator Learnership Minimum Requirements:

Interested applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate, or N3 certificate and a valid driver’s license.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Ability to solve problem/conflict and work well under pressure.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Honest, reliable and can adapt to change.
Self-motivated, forward thinker/own initiative.
