Old Mutual Learnership Programme – 2023: Old Mutual invites ambitious young individuals to apply for its 2023 Administration Learnership Programme.
During the learnership, successful learners will be allocated a coach that will mentor and guide them to ensure that they become successful in their role.
Additionally, they will receive theoretical learning and on-the-job experience. At the end of the learnership, they will receive a National Certificate: Wealth Management NQF Level 4 which is accredited and FSP recognized.
Thereafter, learners will be able to choose their career choice/path in Underwriting, Insurance Brokerage, or being a Financial Investment Advisor.

Old Mutual Learnership Programme – 2023 Minimum Requirements:
- A Grade 12/Matric certificate or equivalent, with a minimum of 50 percent pass in English, Mathematics/Mathematics Literacy, and an official South African language.
- Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 – 28.
- Not have previously participated in a Wealth Management Learnership.
- The applicant must not be studying towards another qualification in another instititution.
- Be able to join the Amathuba Learnership when it commences on March 15th, 2023.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete a logbook for the duration of the learnership.

- The Learners will be involved in exciting Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects.
How To Apply:
First Phase
Applicants must visit Old Mutual Amathuba Learnership to apply. During the application process, they must attach their detailed Curriculum Vitae, including their disability status ( YES or NO ), and any completed and incomplete qualification.
During the application, applicants may be required to complete automated screening questions.
Second Phase
Should they be successful in the first phase recruitment process, applicants will be invited to complete online assessments.
Third Phase
Shortlisted candidates who passed the online assessments will be invited to attend an interview with the line manager.
Last Phase
Successful applicants will receive an offer in March, 2023.
