Estate Agency Learnership Programme: SA Youth has an exciting opportunity for young people who are interested in joining the Property/Real Estate sector.

With the Estate Agency Learnership Programme, applicants will be placed as interns at a Property Practitioner where they will gain work experience, receive mentorship, and once successful in the programme, obtain a Real Estate qualification.

Programme Title: One Learner – One Estate Agency Youth Empowerment Brigade Programme

Duration: 12 Months ( 1 Year )

Stipend: R2 000 per month

Location: Polokwane, Gqeberha, East London, Durban, Witbank, Cape Town

Closing Date: February 17th, 2023

Estate Agency Learnership Programme Minimum Requirements:

Interested applicants must not be older than 35 years old.
Must be South African citizens.
Be in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
Excited about joining the property market, value the opportunity to study towards a Real Estate qualification and willing to learn and grow.
Willing to work on weekends.

Please Note:

The successful learners will work 40 hours per week shifts which are varied and require some shift work for property viewings and show houses on the weekend.
