PG Group Learnership For All Provinces: PG Group invites young people who are looking for work experience and exposure to apply for a Work Integrated Learning FET/TVET – Yes Programme in its Operational Divisions across the country.

The aim of this programme is to provide the youth with all the resources that they need to develop in an exciting career and gain work experience.

The seccessful candidates will be responsible for providing a professional, efficient and effective operational/technical and/or shared services functions within the respective business area.

PG Group Learnership For All Provinces Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have a Grade 12 certificate and a TVET/FET qualification (in relevant discipline)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good reporting and presenting skills.
Have knowledge in general hygiene good practices.
Ability to travel independently, be mobile in a geographic location and willing to work shifts.
Analytical, creative thinking and organized.
Customer centric and strong focus on service excellence.
Discovering and applying rules.
Hunger and thirst for continuous growth abd learning.
Team player

Learner Duties And Responsibilities During Learnership:

Perform all tasks and activities that support exceptional task performance and customer experience as per the role requirements.
Comply to company policies and procedures including Health and Safety and raise maintenance and hygiene issues to the management to address.
Adhere to reasonable requests issued by Management and complete all administration to the required standard.
Assist with operational / execution support activities and tasks as per business area.
Apply good working behaviour and perform all given tasks efficiently and professionally.
