TVET College Photocopy Operators: Thekwini TVET College invites interested applicants who passed Grade 8 to apply for photocopy operator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for making photocopies for all staff members.

TVET College Photocopy Operators Minimum Requirements:

Must have passed Grade 8 or Basic Education
Able to operate equipment
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of repetitive tasks, hygiene, facilities policies, relevant legislation, prescripts, and procedures
Storage requirement
Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Interpersonal relations
Problem-solving skills
Planning and organizing skills

Duties And Responsibilities:

Scan documents and make photocopies for staff.
Bind and laminate documents.
Provide counter service.
Report any malfunctioning of photocopier machines and arrange for the servicing of and repair to the machines.
Keep records of photocopier machine activities.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the machines.
Make requisition for photocopying material.
