Unitrans General Workers Minimum Requirements:

Be in possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate and a clear criminal record.
Physically and medically fit.
Honest, Organized and Reliable.
Work in a safe manner and have the ability to ensure that all safety requirements are adhered to.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Must have own reliable transport to and from work.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Offload fresh and frozen chicken products, baskets and pallets while adhering to stacking requirements.
Operate a taillift and palletjack.
Clean cabs and manage electrical cable
Follow client standards operating procedures
Maintain the cold chain and product integrity during offloading and proper company image in transit and at customer premises i.e proper equipment maintenance and attire.
Guide drivers while reversing and perform general housekeeping duties.
