Unitrans General Workers Minimum Requirements:
- Be in possession of a Grade 12/Matric certificate and a clear criminal record.
- Physically and medically fit.
- Honest, Organized and Reliable.
- Work in a safe manner and have the ability to ensure that all safety requirements are adhered to.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Must have own reliable transport to and from work.
Duties And Responsibilities:
- Offload fresh and frozen chicken products, baskets and pallets while adhering to stacking requirements.
- Operate a taillift and palletjack.
- Clean cabs and manage electrical cable
- Follow client standards operating procedures
- Maintain the cold chain and product integrity during offloading and proper company image in transit and at customer premises i.e proper equipment maintenance and attire.
- Guide drivers while reversing and perform general housekeeping duties.
