During the Learnership, the successful applicants will receive a combination of workplaced-based theoretical and practical learning, and they will be earning a monthly stipend/allowance that will help cover their transport costs to and from the training venues.

Servest Security Learnership – 2023 Minimum Requirements:
- Interested applicants must have passed/completed Grade 12/Matric.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have passion for the security industry.
- Willing to learn and grow in the security industry.
- Must reside in the regions where the learnership will be held.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Applicants will receive security training. It is their responsibility to ensure that all assessments are completed, and that they attend their theoretical and practical lessons as and when required.
At the end of the learnership, successful learners will obtain a certificate.
