Sasol HR Trainee Programme: Sasol invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the 2023 HR Novice Trainee Programme.

The successful candidates will undergo a 1-year programme within the Learning and Development Function and will gain practical experience in training coordination and multi-functional training administrative duties.

No experience is required to qualify.

Sasol HR Trainee Programme Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Interpersonal relations
Organized and willing to learn and grow.
Computer literacy
Good planning skills.
A Post-matric HR qualification in HR / Learning. For example; a Higher Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in HR will be an added advantage.
Ability to learn new software applications and able to take accountability for driving own growth through developing self- awareness, reflecting, seeking feedback and self-correcting.

Responsibilities During Programme :

Planning, scheduling and managing the bookings of internal and external courses and training events.
Reporting & Learning Analytics.
Document control, inclusive but not limited to the capturing of training history and training related record keeping and archiving.
Maintain record keeping, archiving and/or filing system as per agreed OME process.
Multi-functional training administrative duties.
Administrate learning on SAP LSO according to Energy Business IM and HR Standards.
Stakeholder engagement and support, inclusive but not limited to client facing engagements and meetings.
