Minimum Requirements:

• South African citizens who are in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• Excellent communication skills/Fluency in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
• Must be able to speak clearly and communicate efficiently.
• Work well independently, under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to focus and concentrate.
• Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent customer relations and people skills.
• Ability to market and sell products.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Assist with any ad-hoc data capturing e.g. updating customer contact records.
• Outbound calling for ad-hoc service related campaigns.
• Capture and update information.
• Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained in highly pressurised environment.
• Respond to a targeted amount of telephone calls accurately and in a specified time frame, thereby meeting set service standards.
