Minimum Requirements:

South African citizens who are in possession of a Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
Excellent communication skills/Fluency in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)
Must be able to speak clearly and communicate efficiently.
Work well independently, under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to focus and concentrate.
Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy
Problem solving skills
Excellent customer relations and people skills.
Ability to market and sell products.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Assist with any ad-hoc data capturing e.g. updating customer contact records.
Outbound calling for ad-hoc service related campaigns.
Capture and update information.
Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained in highly pressurised environment.
Respond to a targeted amount of telephone calls accurately and in a specified time frame, thereby meeting set service standards.
