Cleaning & Hygiene Learnership Programme: Supercare By Empact Group invites interested applicants to apply for an NQF 1 Learnership programme in Cleaning and Hygiene.
The successful candidates will undergo training where they will perform a variety of tasks associated with cleaning and hygiene. They will also receive a monthly stipend/allowance to assist them with their basic needs.
At the end of the learnership, learners will be able to manage deep clean and hygiene services in accordance with sector strategy, contract specifications and statutory regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Basic literacy in Mathematics and English.
- Good communication skills
- No qualification required, but Matric/Grade 12 is an added advantage
- General Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Must be unemployed individuals who are available immediately.
- Work well under pressure and able to stand for long hours.
- Willing to work shifts
- Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
- Well-groomed, team player and attention to detail.
- Awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and machinery.
- Be willing to commit to the programme for a year.
