The selected applicants will receive training, development and assistance in becoming qualified Electro Mechanics.

Sasol learner Conversion Programme Minimum Requirements:

An NQF level 4 Trade Test Certificate as a Mechanical Fitter OR Electrician
Have ccompleted Grade 12 or N3 with
Physical Science orEngineering Science with 40% and above
Have passed Mathematics (excluding Mathematics on lower grade, Functional Mathematics and Mathematics Literacy)
NQF level 4 Trade Test Certificate as a Mechanical Fitter or Electrician.
A pass in English or Business English
Positive Attitude
Be willing to work underground

What Is Expected From The Learner During The Learnership?

Commitment to complete, participate and excel on the training programme.
Meet all passing standards on both theory and practical tests.
Obtain an EM Trade Certificate upon the completion of the practical training.
