Tqoyota Youth Development Programme: Toyota invites self-motivated and energetic individuals to apply for a learnership programme in Maintenance.
The successful candidates will be placed in the maintenance Department where they be required to complete training. All learners will receive a monthly allowance for the duration of the programme.
They will obtain an NQF 2 certificate at the end of the learnership programme.

Toyota Youth Development Programme Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must have good communication skills and perseverance.
- Planning and Organizing skills
- Adaptability and Analytical skills
- Accurate information gathering and analysis.
- National Technical Certificate (N3-N6)
- Matric or Technical Matric with Maths and Physical Science or Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory or Mechanical Trade Theory, or Motor trade Theory, Mechanical Drawing, Graphical Design.
Training Programme:
Learners will complete the following training:
- Fire Fighting
- Work in a team
- Safety Hand tools
- Assembly and manufacturing Drawing
- Marking off Welding
- Operate and monitor production machines
- Prepare surfaces
- Operations & dispatch products
